Prayer Points for week commencing Sunday 14 July
Sunday, 14th July: Give thanks for the unity we share with all Christians worldwide and as we worship today pray that those who find themselves in challenging circumstances may be built up in their faith.
Monday, 15th: Continue to hold in your prayers all who are preparing for Family Week which starts a fortnight today and pray that many in our community will encounter the living God.
Tuesday, 16th: Over the summer, Scripture Union is running many camps and missions. Pray that as the Good News of Christ is heard many may respond in faith.
Wednesday, 17th: Pray for our partner church in Debrecen and especially for those who will be coming to Kinross for Family Week.
Thursday, 18th: Remember those who are serving Christ in the midst of warzones such as Ukraine and Gaza. Pray for their protection and for fruit in their labours.
Friday, 19th: Pray for preparations for Magnitude Christian youth festival which begins tomorrow at Lendrick Muir with 1000 young people from all over Scotland, including from Kinross.
Saturday, 20th: Seek God's blessing on our worship and fellowship tomorrow and pray for the enabling of the Holy Spirit for Irene McFarlane as she preaches the sermon.
